All orders require up to 2-3 business days from the date purchased for fulfillment time. During this time, your order will undergo credit authorization and verification and will be fulfilled by our staff. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on holidays. Please expect delays during high volume holiday season from our warehouse and shipping carriers.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days before contacting us in case there is a glitch in delivery.
We cannot replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for a long length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS.
We accept returns and exchange of goods within 21 days of purchase. Goods must have original tags, be unworn and in new condition. We only accept returns with a valid receipt and matching payment type.
